I have found a guy in West Midlands who makes tanks to order up to 30"
He makes betta tanks too, smallest being 12x8x8

Here is what he says:

Payment is cash on collection, or obviously with courier, you can send a cheque, or put payment into my bank account. I would be grateful if you would let other people know. Discounts are available on multiple orders, buy 5, get 1 free. These tanks are tank only, please specify if you want any strengthening bars or glass sliders.

I seem to recall you get special rates for being a TFF member and he will deliver to pretty much anywhere on the mainland.

I know for a fact a certain member is getting a very large tank made by them in the near future.
