I recently bought a 36x12x24 tank (30 gallons) and it came with a 30" 25W Interpet Beauty light.
The light power unit is an Aquarline, and states 25W-30W on the back...
Now I know the beauty light is used for a tank with NO plants, but also this power unit will only power fluorescents to the max of 1W per Gallon on my tank.
Do I need to upgrade the light power unit to say a 60W one, as I do plan to have some basic foliage in there?
