Tiny White Lines/worms?

Hi all

I noticed in one of my tanks this morning the glass was covered in these small white lines that were wriggling??

The tank is going through a fishless cycle at the moment (2 small snails in there) with some live plants, bogwood and couple plastic plants.
There was no sign of them yesterday so must of happened during the night.

All i can think of is that the wood had been sitting outside for a few weeks, but i cleaned it thoroughly before going in the tank.


How would i go about ridding the tank of these things, water change and clean glass and wood?

I had these while I was cycling my tank, they will go away on their own once the cycle is done.
