Hmmm.....looks like a pop eye to me, but while one eye effect this seems to be differnt, maybe it's tankmates have something to do with! what are the fishes that are living with your barbs.

theres 2 large siver dollers,1 rainbow shark, 2 bn plecs, few neons, danos and mollies

His eye is about the size of a small pea atm
