Well, yeah, but Cycle won't do a lot... Just use ammonia.

No, Cycle is generally regarded as a complete waste of money. Are you trying to cycle (ie, mature the filter), or just adding it with every water change to a stocked tank?

just adding cycle, i mean ive had dese 5 tetras for like 3 weeks now, they seem to be doing fine now, jus adjusted to the aquarium..
im adding cycle everyweek, and aqua plus on every water change?

You don' t need to add the Cycle. The aquaplus, I presume, is a dechlorinator, so that is needed, but the cycle isn't.

Debatable, but even if they do, you can get the bacteria from anywhere- the air, the water...

wot chemicals do you use? auqa plus? cycle? any chemicals for the plants?

Well, since you have fish in there, their waste will be stimulating bacteria growth. The only chemicals I use are meds and dechlorinators.
