filter aquaclear 200 runing full power side

ammonia 0
nitrate 0.25
nitrite 0
ph 7.5

If she's clamping her fins and her tummy is looking sunken in a bit then it's usually a sign of bacterial infection, often caused by stress. Try treating her with an anti-bacterial treatment (in the UK we have Myxazin - not sure if they sell that where you are but just ask at your LFS for a med for bacterial problem).

she is also ticking off of objects in the tank, which i had already treated with Maracyn for fungus.
so now these are the signs..

thin
clamped fins
ticking off objects
sitting at the bottum of the tank

i forgot to mention i had her for almost 8 months, maybe she is old this is why???

Do you mean she flicking and rubbing as external parasites can make fish lose weight.
Check her gills to see if the red inflamed or pale with excess mucas.
Any excess mucas on the body of the fish.

no, no physical signs showing here, my other platy fish are also becoming skinny not sure what is going on here.

Being thin can be old age, fish tb, internal parasites, and external parasites like flukes and velvet can make fish lose weight.

i was treating my entire tank with Maracyn, and i treated just her alone with internal parasite medication. I will let her be and see how it plays out.
