[Where the river goes]

It's mucked up the filters in the minibows and on the aquaclear in the 10 gallon

Any one have any recommendations for a good fertilizer that won't muck up filters.

What do you mean, "mucked up the filters". I use FloraPride, (admittedly at lower doses then recommended), and it is a fine product.

Well, I used the recommended dosage and it turned the filter sponges in all my filters brown. Also clumps of it started to clog my aquaclear filter. I KNOW it was this product as the sponges were all absolutely fine until a few days after I added this stuff. I should have learned my lesson a while back and stopped buying at Petco already.
