I have two Oscers inside a 40 Gal tank, is that OK for them to live in? Cause I just moved them into it form my 30 Gal tank.

75 gallons for one adult oscar, 100 gallons or more for two, in just 40 gallons your oscars are going to tear each other to pieces as they get bigger.

not to mention the wrong dimensions and the amount of waste they produce

I clean the filters and keep it really clean. If it starts to get dirty I use that vacuum thing that cleans between the gravel and such.

Unless your vacume doubles as a magic wand that is going to make your tank triple in size then keeping the tank clean is not going to help. Oscars like most cichlids are territorial and the larger the fish the bigger the territory, the dimensions of a 40g aquarium just dont offer enough space for two oscars to each have a territory and they will fight until one is killed. If a 40g is the largest tank you have then you should consider a smaller cichlid species like firemouths or convict cichlids instead of oscars.
