as horrendous as it sounds i have a mom crayfish with babies hanging under the tail walking around with goldfish -_-" <-- mom wanted goldfish [around 10 maybe] pecking at all the food i drop + im afraid they'll eat the babies .. which they probaly will when they get the chance

its a 50gallon and its pretty bare.. like 1-2 cm of gravel, 2 hiding places in the middle of the tank [used by the mother] w/ 1 plastic plant + filter

i can put more plastic plants =/ from the other tanks for more protection for the babies if needed

uhm what should i do with the goldfish?!
and i dont know how to take care of baby crays...

i have a 25g w/ a male crayfish, should i move some goldfish there?

i also have 1 10g w/ 1 guppy 1 pleco [mm transfer later] a 10g with a betta and 5g with a betta

i can move 1 betta into the other with a divider for a while i guess and use the 5 gallon for some babies?

or can i just buy/make some contraptions to keep the babies safe ..

ahhh!!! :/ :X :S

You definately want to move the babies if you want them to live. There are devices you can get to put them in. Here is a link to one.

Betta Condo

I use it for crayfish all the time, to separate them. Craft store netting is also good for keeping babies separate from each other, but not sure how effective it will be for keeping the goldfish from eating them.
