Surface Dwelling Fish ?

can anybody name me some small ish fish that spend a lot of their time at the top part of the tank cant think of many myself

Dwarf and honey gouramis and most livebearers stay near the top most of the time, or hatchetfish.

mosquito rasbora spend alot of there time at the surfice. mine rarely go lower than half way.

My Beckford Pencilfish spend virtually the whole time at the water surface.

Look at Ricefish; several species traded, invariably inexpensive, and they're excellent community tank residents (if kept with other very small fish).

Do also look at Lampeyes, though they are a bit more delicate.

My Har Rasboras spend almost 100% of their time in the upper third of the tank.
