Will direct sunlight kill fish aquarium plants? I Placed regular bought water plants inside of a bucket outside, would the sun kill these plants?

You better watch out for the temperature...I'd say never to let it go above 85 degrees or they start to lose their color. Also, if you ever start getting algae(which WILL happen) you shouldn't put them in direct sunlight. It's almost impossible to get the algae off the plants. Also, direct sunlight means need for co2 and fertilizers, so try indirect sunlight. As long as no algae starts to appear, you'll be fine.
