Sudden Jolts....

My mollies have recently had sudden jolts, as they suddenly jolt, or just like flick.... i dont know, i guess they will be called something more like sudden random movements. Why are they doing this?

Have you recently done a water change or altered anything in the tank? What are your water stats? Do they have any tiny whiteor gold spots?

i have not done a water change or done anything to the tank, water stats are 20 nitrate, 0 nitrite, 7.8 ph.... dont have an ammonia kit. they are normaly colored, i dont see any spots or anything.
