Stowaway?

Today I purchased two Shrimps and a Snail.

The tank has been running for a while now, cycled and everything and it contains a few live plants. Today, about an hour after introducing the new tenants I noticed a tiny snail moving around! The tank has been up long enough that I'm sure I would have noticed if he had come in the plants (and I did check and rinse them through beforehand) and so I was just wondering if the larger snails carry things? The reason I thought this was because two stones appeared in the bag that I'm 80% sure were not there when the bag was sealed. Therefore I was wondering if the larger snail could have carried the smaller one? Or am I mad?

that looks like pond snail most likely came with plants and prob hidden in the crevice of the plant

I did think that it looked like that, it's just weird that I only found it for the first time an hour after the new guy arrived...and I checked the plants quite well. Not saying I didn't miss it though

I would get that thing out of your tank ASAP or you will soon have about a million of them.
