I want to add stones to my aquarium however they ate white and the stones have like some shiny white crystal like things in them, are they safe for aquarium?

You might not see it well but the stones have small shiny crystals in them

As long as the crystals aren't metallic, the stones will be 'safe', but they might affect the hardness and/or pH.

You can test them with some acid; rust remover, if you can get your hands on a bit, is best, although you can use vinegar. Put a few drops on one of the stones and watch for any fizzing or bubbling. If there is any, the rocks will be lime rich and will dissolve in your tank and raise the hardness and pH.

I poured malt vinegar over them and no fizzing at all, safe?

Should be yes.

Personally I'd set out two identical containers filled with water, one with a stone in and the other without, and test the pH (and hardness if you can) after a couple of days, see if they differ at all.
