Stocking ?

In my 29 gallon I have the following.

1 male betta
1 honey gourami
4 corydoras catfish
1 clown pleco
3 black skirt tetras
1 neon tetra (two years old!)
3 female platys
2 yoyo loaches (soon to be moved to new tank once cycled)
1 rtbs (soon to be moved, along with the yoyos, to new tank once cycled.)

What to you recamend adding to this?

I would add at least 3 more blackskirt tetras as they need to be in groups of at least 6. Same goes for the neon tetra, but I am afraid you will be overstocked then.
