Hi
I have a 125 litre Fluval tank L80xW35xH45cm (think it's a roma?) and I'm wondering about stocking levels. Thinkfish says 49inches but I've read on here a few times that it is too generous?? and pfk says 25-50inches depending on water changes and size of fish. At the moment I have the following:
1 hoplo cat - 7"
8 black neons -8x2"=16"
2 kuhli loach - 3"
I calculate that to be 26" already so in theory that might be the maximum according to the low level on pfk website. Do you think this is right? I set up the tank 2 weeks ago and cloned it from the previous tank so the water quality is fine (Ammonia and nitrite 0) and has been from the beginning. I would like to add 2 rams if possible but I'm not sure if this would be ok? I'm doing 30% water changes once a week.
Ideally I would like to add a bit of colour to the tank but if I am already maxed out then I'll stick with what I've got.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
