Hi,

I have a lot of fish spread over 3 tanks, one tank has to go so the fish have to be spread into 2 tanks. Here's my plans. Comments/advice please!!

Tank 1 - 48x12x18 37 gallons

1 Pleco (gibby) 5/6"
1 adult Angel
1 rainbow shark 4"
1 pearl gourami
1 golden gourami
4 sherbert barbs
6 diamond tetras
2 black widows
1 algae eater (although he's MIA, possibly dead, will have to excavate the tank)

Tank 2 - 24x12x15 17 gallons

6 mollies
4 guppies

Spare fish (to be rehomed)

1 large pleco
6 neon tetras
2 swordtails

That's the fish I have, I open to suggestions, but I'm quite attached to the angel, the plec, the pearl gourami, the mollies and the rainbow shark. The rest I could take to the LFS.

Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for that!! Forgot to mention there are 2 khuli loaches as well, always forget them cos I never see them. Think they'll be going back to the LFS too. The sherbert barbs I think are properly called shubert or golden barbs. I think I'll keep them for now cos I got them very young, but theyre bulling my small male mollies so def have to separate them. The black widows and gold gourami can go. I think that would leave me at the very max (providing that algae is dead).

Cheers!
