I currently have 6 x Yoyo Loaches and 1 x Red Tailed Black Shark in my 90 gal tank, I was wondering, since all of these fish are still very young, if I could get some rummynose tetra's and angel fish without have the yoyos nip at them. I figured to rummys would be to fast for the yoyos but I am nervous to put angel fish in without knowing what the yoyo's will do.

Any suggestions will be appreciated :)
also any other stocking ideas :good:

I'd forget the Ruumynose and go for some medium sized riverine barbs, like Filament Barbs for example, who will reach a similar size to the shark and loaches and be far more up for any boisterous behavior.

True.. the only thing is since those reach up to 6" I will be overstocking my tank then

You could put in a shoal of odessa barbs. They're beautiful fish.

I've never heard yo-yo's being nippers. If they're not, then 90Gallons gives you the perfect excuse for a shoal of congo tetra's. Absolutely stunning if you keep them in a fairly large groups in a planted tank.

In a 90g (360l or 430l, depending on your location), you could do 8x Filament; 5x Yoyo Loach; 1x RTBS and not be overstocked.
