Ok well i was going to get some of these dudey hatchet fish but i couldn't find any anywhere in Lincoln:eek:( Does anyone know of any place that has them near by?

Is there any other fish you could recommend that would go nicely in my tank with my other fish? I like the look of glass catfish but hear they can be rather sensitive so i wouldn't want them to get stressed out.

Already in tank are

8 corys
1 Moonlight Gourami
1 Indian Gourami
4 Yellow Panchax

Please let me know any ideas you may have.

Thank you x

I know yo're all fed up with stocking questions it's just i would rather take advice from you then the pet shop. If anyone could help please!

I was actually thinking maybe i could get a plec for the 96 litre?

I have another tank which is 60 litres which is home to 5 neon tetras, 5 glowlight tetras, 2 corys and 2 baby panchax. Any possible mates that could join them?

tanks full imo, i wouldn't recommend adding any more fish

how come they look so empty :(

Because in the 96 litre you have chosen to have lots of bottom dwellers, which arent really noticed as much as other fish and dont make the tank look any less empty, which leaves less stocking space for top dwellers and the top dwellers that you have chosen are relatively large, meaning you can have less of them, aswell as the fact that they are relatively slow and inactive just adds to make the tank looks emptier.

If having a full and active looking tank is the priority then you need to stock accordingly. Firstly, I wouldnt have so many cories, maybe about 5, and have shoaling fish instead of the gouramis and panchax... But theres not really much you can do about that now unless you are really desperate to have the tank looking less "empty" in which case you will have to go through all the bother of rehoming some fish.

You cant really just stock a tank with fish and expect it to look how you want to, you have to stock the right fish according to what you want the outcome to be.

I cant really see how the 60 litre would look empty but as a side note i would add another cory because they prefer to be in groups of at least three.
