starting a 125gl salt tank

Ok I have a 55 gl saltwater now but want (need) to go bigger. I think i have gotten some bad advice where i have beeen buying my fish lately. there is only one store here and im not sure they know as much as they think they do.
First, a list of current fish
2 small choc. chip star fish
2 blue devil
2 small clown
1 blue spotted puffer
1 tang
1 arrow crab
2 small fire fish
1 condy anemone<my pride and joy!
too many fish it sounds like but my tank actualy looks bare because they are all small fish. dont have any live coral because not enough lighting for them yet untill i start the 125. Tank has been up for a year and a month. all seems to be doing great so far.
getting my new tank in 3 days and luckly where i am getting they will let me keep my 55gl untill i get the 125 set up and ready to go (trading the 55 and a 90 for the 125).
Any advice would be appreacated. on lighting, filters. proten skimmers, coral to start with. And anything you know about anemone's mine seems to be doing great so far i have had it for 2 months now and hand feed him brine shrimp, krill and VHP. dont know what elece i should be giving him.

okay I just have one question..... I was recently told by my lfs that a star fish and and anemone don't mix becuase the star will eat it..... is that true?

I think that the fish that you have now is about right for the 125.Once you put enough live rock and corals in your tank it will look very full.

Might want to think of a new home for the puffer.No puffer is reef safe.

For lighting you have a couple of choices depending on what type of corals you choose to keep.If you keep softies witch are the easiest IMO pc or VHO (very high output) will work fine.If you go for SPS witch you will probabley do at some point you will need metal halide.I would get a dual 250 watt set-up if i were you.

As far as a skimmer gose get the biggest one that you can afford.

Do you have a DSB ?
How much live rock do you have?

i have 2 star fish and neather one has ever botherd my anemone's i have 2 mabie certin star fish will do that but not the kind i have.there is a pic to prove it
both star fish and anemone in pic. you have to look for the choc. star he is blended with the rocks. the pic is posted under tank pictures.

no puffer that just dont seem fair. mabie i will skip the coral and just do live rock then. i love my puffer. thanks for the advice
