spinosissimus

From what I can see from your blurry pics your cichlid looks more like a keyhole cichlid, I could be wrong as I am pretty new to keeping cichlids myself but it does look very much like my keyholes.
(will stand to be corrected by any person on here who is more experienced in this topic.)

I have found that spinos are really hard to take pics of in my tank as well but from what I see in your pics those fish are spinos. great find in a lfs.

actually spinos are one of the few cichlids that "hang" their fry. meaning that they use floating plants near the shore to house their fry after they become freeswiming. very great fish stay small around the 4 inch mark and are very peacful which can be a streach for some cichlids but these guys are great!!! love to eat things such as krill, blood worms and mosquito larva. and have some great breeding colors, I have yet to get mine to breed as it is one of the harder archocentrus species to breed IMO, but are definatly worth keeping

lol Jason I am not sure about the sea horse thing, but the spinosissimus that we are talking about is a new world cichld the full scientific name is Archocentrus Spinosissimus.
