Spike?

I accidentally left my filters off in my Brackish tank for about an hour and a half earlier... will it cause the tank to spike??

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I can't imagine that short of time causes any negative effects. I had a 70g with just an UGF after cycling I added a bunch of fish and hooked up a HOB. Guess what I didn't leave enough room to hang the filter, couldn't move the tank. It took me a day to fiddle with it. Everything was fine.

I don't think so - unless brackish is very different from FW. I've left mine off overnight before now without any ill effect. You can always test the water if you're worried.
