Somethings Growing Eek!

i noticed this brown/green stuff a couple of days ago. i have 2 rocky figuers and a few white pebbles in my tank and it seems to be on all of them, mostly on the figure in the picture. i cleaned the pebbles just but was wondering if any one knew what this is?

Its algae by the looks of it. More specificall, Diatoms. Is this a new setup?

yeah its a new setup. had fish and plants for 6 weeks and have recently added a couple more plants in the past week.

just read the guide and it looks like Diatoms. it says to increase the level of light but i have the llight on for 10-12 hours a day and allso have LED moon lights on through the night. is it a case of leaving it to go away by itself or do remove the effected orniments to clean?
