I love the Heteroconger spp. If they weren't so delicate I would seriously consider setting up a tank for them.

Is this a pride or shoal of lionfish

Strangely enough they are often referred to as prides, so I guess you may be able to get away with either (except for with a super pedant)

I was lucky to get that with a combination of other numpties bumping into me and my shocking bouyancy on that dive (I never get on well with Ali tanks)

OK so I've done the fish, here's the corals. I don't know what any of them are other than "The pretty blue one" or "the pretty purple one"

Brain coral, it must be nearly as clever as me

I think these are elephants ear corals, for an idea of scale, the fin (flipper ) you can see at the bottom is about 24" long)

This is the outside edge of the Blue Hole dive site where the loopy freedivers practice, absolutely stunning place.

Salad anyone?

This anemone is incredible, you may or may not know, but red light gets filtered out by water from a very shallow depth which is why most of these pics are very blue. Underwater red things tend to look almost black yet this is down at 30 meters and is glowing this colour

This is one of my favourite photo's just because of the mix of fish and corals with the waves crashing above.

That's very kind of you, but it's not that great You should see what a bit of talent and a decent camera can acheive with subjects this beautiful.

I've now got a housing for my Canon camera which has a manual white balance so I should be able to get much brighter clearer pictures than these above.
