Some Cichlids Reccomendation

I would be very hesitant to put even a pair of rams in a 10 gallon but if their is plenty of cover and hiding spots it MIGHT be okay. Rams are timid for the most part and would probably be okay but you definately cannot put the labs in the 10 gallon. They need much, much more room than that.. At least a 3 ft tank
 
My only suggestion would be to set it up as a hardwater species tank with sand and shells and keep a small group of shelldwellers (neolamprologus) in there. Tbh I don't think a 10 gallon is big enough for anything else.
 
I'd go along with the shell dwellers tip. I can highly recommend keeping Lamprologus ocellatus, particularly if you keep fish for their interesting characters as well as their looks. These little treasures are fun to keep and will really suit a small tank like that.
 
A breeding pair of Apisto's would be nice...
