Snail Help :(

started off with one

now we have about 30 in the tank

and slimy jelly eggs with spots in everywhere , on all the plants , the filter , and the bogwood .

how can we get the slime gone , and get rid of most of the snails?

hmm. pull out all the ones you see, and the eggs can be scraped off, i find fish like to eat them!

put a slice of blanched cucumber in, they'll all gather around it, pull it out throw it away and repeat (the fish will munch on the cucumber too)

there are chemicals you can buy to rid your tank of snails, not sure how well they really work though.

what do the snails look like?

like a see through brown with yellow on , their shells are twisty .

tried putting blanched cucumber in and it didnt work , they wouldnt go near it

its the 32 gallon tank

there are eggs everywhere just found them on the back of all the plants , filter , bogwood everywhere
