Silk Plants In Brackish?

Are silk plants ok in brackish tanks? Will the salt damage them and would I be best off with plastic and live plants? Simple question and hope there is an answer, thank you

I have silk plants in my F8 tank and it does fine. I just scrub the algae off the material every week, although the hair algae loves clinging onto them alot. Mind you it clings to everything and still has to be scrubbed off
