Sick Gourami ?

My dwarf gourami are sick, they looked liked they had been attacked(tail had what looked like a bite) , so I moved them to a smaller tank to heal, since their wounds seem to have got worse, now their eyes look red and bloody and like its going to fall off.....today I gave some fungus medicine in the hopes they will get better, I don't think they will have much time.........any ideas of whats wrong with them..............help!!!!

oh my could there be a chance that they are the ones biting each other ? my 2 dwarf gouramis tend to do that most of the time, but theres no big harm done to either of them, except for one where his tail is a bit nibbled of ( im still trying to fix it by juggling around the deco's to destroy their teritory), but im not really sure.

What other fish are in with them? Any tank readings?

Today my gourami seem a little better, they are swimming around a little more so I think the fungus cure all must have help some, I only have a ph test kit and that is all fine...They were in a larger tank with tetras, catfish and angels, before I moved them.
will let you know how they go.
