Shrimp For A Snack....hope Not

Hi all, I was looking at introducing several cherry shrimp into my well planted tank would they be compatible with ottos,cardinal and congo tetras. I fear the congo,s which are about 3" long would treat as a quick meal what do you think?

I've not got experience of Congo Tetra, but basically if the shrimp will fit in the fish's mouth then there is a good chance it will eat it.

Looking at a picture i guess the adult shrimp would probably be ok but any babies would need some hiding places to survive.
