HELP! :( MY SHrIMP ARE DYING :(

not an expert on inverts, but i've read that some plants have snail killer on them which could kill the shrimp.

It may be that the plants were treated with copper before hand to kill snails and there may not be much left on them now hence why your snails are ok, shrimps are much more delicate though with regards to any trace of copper and this could be why they are dying.
It may be too late to save these shrimp I'm afraid  but next time you get any plants make sure you check with the seller if they have been treated with copper, if they are not sure do not buy.

Oh Crap! There all dead :(

Cant believe that. :(

I have emailed the seller though, to aske if he used snail killer and/or copper.

Sounds just like what happened to me, but I got the shrimp out fast enough. Can't really blame the supplier, most plants are covered in pesticides right back from their country of orgin. You just need to be more careful in future and rinse and soak the plants first.

Bit late replying but you're best off soaking them for at least a few days mate, a week if you can. Change the water every day or so.
