there are 6-8 different varieties of tetra in this tank, and an angel fish, and silver dollar... even though the tetras in this tank had nothing to fear, from the bigger fish, all the tetras formed one big shoal of tetras, that tended to stay in one place in the tank... but as the larger varieties have gotten older ( in the last couple weeks ) they have begun to swim over the full tank, instead of packing into a cubic foot of space in the tank... it started out with the emperor varieties, and seems to be including several of the other larger ones, like the sail fins... the smaller varieties seem to like that same "safe zone" I'm glad to see the activity in the rest of the tank, previously all the tetras stayed in 1/4 of the tank, and the silver dollar, angel, and a few old cory's had the rest of the tank... the tank looks much nicer with fish using the whole tank...
