Seachem Ammonia Alert

Hiya , just seen this product for detecting amonia levels, sounds good, anyone used one
of these? if so are they accurate, or shall i say as accurate as test kits. http/www.fishandfins.co.uk/misc.htm

I've seen that in a LFS, but not tried it.
What I was intersted in was the PH ALERT from Seachem.

Now if that works I'd use one for my planted tanks to monitor PH when adding CO2.

I've tried it before. I think it worked

The thing is I never detected any amonia in the water so it never changed colour so i have no idea if it
works!

A waste of money, even if it was the best ammonia detector in the world, you'd still notice the effects on the fish long before you looked at that. And you shouldn't have any ammonia anyway...
