Sand

hi,
i got play sand for the 15gallon, from argos, its very fine stuff even if im carefull with the vac i seem to suck lots up. now i would like sand in my main tank, is there any other type i can use thats not to expensive?

I use fine white silica sand in my tanks, it is very fine so if you are having trouble with your current sand being too fine, this may not be the best, however it is very easy to keep clean in my experience of it .
I have also heard of people using childrens play sand in their tanks after washing it out thoroughly too.
