i know ruby sharks cannot be housed with their same species, but can say 3 silver sharks go into the same tank as a ruby?

You can mix silver sharks with ruby sharks. there will be some aggression from the ruby to the silvers, but nothing the silvers cannot out run.

Your big problem is the size of silvers. they get longer than a foot, and are a skittish, fast swimming fish. for adults, I would say an absolute minimum tank would be 6x2x2 feet (180 US gallons) though I fear my shoal will need to be moved to larger conditions as I just don't see them happily swimming in that tank once they get past a foot.

ash your going to have some serious problems with your setup your darf puffer will most likely turn to a vicous monster and kill most your fish soon and you innocent lil crab i believe may need some land (unsure on that) and also fish that go in its reach will be caught and lose their heads to them nasty pincers of it's
and silver sharks are a definate no no in that tank it isnt big enough for them
