Hi All,
Just wanted to share my new Red Texas juveniles.About 2" at the moment and changing their colours nicely from dark green/black to orangey red.

they are usually around £250 ($500) each when they turn up here...which is once in a blue moon...

Wow,big price difference.Are you in the UK?
Adult RTs are around the 10,000 baht mark here which is about 200GBP,but that is usually good quality.Most expensive Ive seen in Bangkok is 70,000 baht which is around 1400 GBP.

If the demand is there in the UK for Flowerhorns and Red Texas, take a trip to Thailand and buy lots. The profits may pay for your airfare and give you some spending money mate!

Hehe sounds like a plan...although I'm far to lazy

I keep getting offered 'Red Texas' all the time but they are always them horrible Red Devil x Carpintis hybrids that looks like a Red Devil with a few sparkly bits.

The true Red Texas (if you can call them that lol) are a hybrid between a King Kong Parrot and a Carpintis (likes yours)
