I have 10 Red Eyed Tetras in my tank and they are all sitting in one corner at the bottom of the tank and look like they are swimming madly but they are not moving.

Any ideas?

How long has the tank been set up.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Immediate water change, increase aeration in the tank.
How many fish are in the tank and which type.

Hate to be a downer but you've got a big problem here.
I can't see your plec surviving and you'll definitely lose 50% of the tetras. Angels will struggle a lot too.

1 and a half weeks of running a tank and then adding those fish wasn't a good idea - the tank is nowhere near cycled.
I see you're in Edinburgh. Where did you get the fish from? You *NEED* to get a liquid test kit as a priority and check
your levels, then post them up here.

Get more air into your tank straight away and do a 40% water change. If you're struggling to get the tank sorted, PM me and i'll try get some
filter media your way - I'm working this evening though so It could be tight.

Hope it works out - I love Angels!
