Recipe For Fishy Delight

i`ve been trying to think how i can get some veg into the tangs diet, and also a cheap way to feed my fish meaty treats. and i found it....

i very finely diced prawns and spinach, and froze them in an empty tray from some frozen blood worm and they tangs went mental for it, as did all the other fish...

give it a go for less that 2 quid you can have 2 weeks worth of food

Sounds cool, i think i'll try it when i finish my frozen bloodworms .

Brilliant idea (remember the days when I used to freeze cubes of food for my son when he was a baby, now I'm doing it for my fish, lol)
