Really Really Pico Aquariums

Hi i was wondering if anyone has actually managed to set up a really really pico aquarium, like, lets say less than one litre, like a jam jar. I wouldnt mind setting one up, without any fish and i was wondering if it is manageable.

That's like 1/20 of a litre. I really want one of them, really bad.
