tricky, watch the parrots and guage they're temprement, some are peaceful others more agressive so you need to tailor the companions to the temprement of the fish.

if they're peaceful they can work with medium-large community fish, stuff like gourami's, kribs, fully grown mollies even, i'd say go for anything that gets to at least 3/4" and isn't too shy.

if they're more agressive you should go for NW cichlids something like firemouths, convicts etc.

you can also have any decent sized catfish, plecs etc.

if you find they're agressive then make sure you completely re-arrange the tank before adding any new inhabitants, they'll be territorial and you need to remove the territories by moving stuff around then adding fish asap.

:D
