Quick Question

Well the lights for my tank seem to have whitish bacteria that is dried out, but everytime i clean it with water, it reappears after it drys. Is there anything I could use??? maybe vinegar??

It's probably mineral deposits, a common problem. Clean with vinegar, rinse with water.
