Quick Help With Cycling

I am going to cycle the tank using some hardy fish, ive searched the boards but i cant find the thread with all the info about it!

Can anyone help me pleaseeeee and point me in the right direction

I'm sure you probably know this but please remember that very few fish are considered 'hardy' anymore. About the only indestructable fish I know is the Zebra Danio. But even then things can go wrong...
