Questions On Rainbow Fish

I have asked the LFS to get some Spotted Blue Eye in for me. Now, the tank I was planning on having them in isn't going to work out but I have another established tank to put them in. Just have a few questions before I go ahead with it.
 
I have 3 male guppies in a 65l tank. It's 60cm long but I can't remember the other dimensions. Would I be able to have a decent amount of them in this kind of tank? I don't want to have too few and have them stress.
 
Would the guppies be alright tankmates? I know they can be a bit obnoxious.
 
Also, I'm wondering if there is a gender ratio I should stick to. I've been looking around and can't find this kind of information.

Yeah I've taken a look at that page. Lots of information on it which is great. Though I still need to figure out how many I can have. If I could get 10 that would be great, if not I'd have to rethink and maybe get rid of my guppies.
 
Also, love your tank. I'm getting a 400l freebie tank and I'm planning on having a huge number of threadfins
