Question About Linking

I'm in the process of building a website, and I'd like to use some of the usefull info ive found on this site can i use an article if I properly give credit to the original author or if not can I link to some articles on this site?

We've recently had a long winded thread about this.

Posting to another site without permission is against the rules. The person to ask would be TFF's owner, William.

That said, it is often down to the context of the link. Blatant advertising to the homepage of another site would not be allowed. Offering help in the form of a link to a specific article on another site may be allowed, but at the discretion of the moderators.

Ok, if it's on your site, i don't see how it can be stopped! At least you're being courteous enough to ask!

I would think that linking back to TFF would be fine in pretty much all cases. Copying and pasting information from a thread is probably a poor idea.
