Pregnant Amano (japonica) Shrimp

Hey Guys

Just got home and noticed one of my amano shrimp with clutches of eggs! I've never read or heard of this before so just wandered if anyone has any experience with hatching the eggs etc? It's very exciting!

Cool! Unfortunately from what I understand they baby shrimp need a brackish environment to survive.

Sounds difficult to me, but even if you don't rear them, sounds like your shrimp must be happy in their environment.

Excellent - thanks for the links! I think I might try and slowly introduce them into my brackish tank!
