Post Pregnancy Molly

My female dalmation molly finally gave birth over the weekend after what must have been around 6-7 weeks with a huge tum!! she now looks like a saggy sack of.......well you know what and seems to aimlessly float vertically every now and then?
Is she showing signs of post birth stress and deteriorating towards death??

could you get a picuture? when my guppies give brith they just went back to normal size after birth, maybe there was/is a complication somewhere

will try too, she just now looks very thin, and almost like she's totally empty and her dorsal fin(if thsts its name) is always flat to her back never stood up as it used to be

that sounds like what happened to my guppy when he died, he would go vertical. eventually, he started going belly up, and that didn't lead to anything pleasant. I'm no fish expert though, but it sounds like she's dying. Perhaps birth was too much stress or something?
