Could I possibally stock my 29G tank with 2 bumble bee catfish, 5 neon tetras, 6 cardnial tetras, 6 glowlight tetras, 2 Serpae tetras, 2 keyholes and a couple of corys.....what do you think...is this to much.

Well - it's a lot more than 1 inch per gallon - but I don't stick to that stocking level myself, because I have heavily planted tanks and keep up with the water changes - so I guess that's up to you. The tank also needs to be quite mature, I think, before the stocking level could be that high.

There are also a few other issues I'd worry about:

I think if you only have two serpae tetras they'll end up nipping fins - each others and everyone else's. I've heard that they can be trouble - even when you have six or more of them - but a larger group can limit the nipping to amongst themselves. I've had trouble with nipping tetras before - so I tend to steer clear of the more aggressive ones.

If you have corys you need to have at least five of them I think - they're much happier and more active when they have pals - even though they may not shoal as such.

I don't know anything about the keyholes - I'm assuming they're peaceful!

I'd lose some of the tetras I think.
Good Luck

Serpae tetras are much nippier than the other fish even the Keyholes. I would leave them out and get three more rummy noses instead.
