Possible Combination

I was wondering if It's possible to fit in a keyhole cichlid or 2 with 2 angels (still relatively small) 2 amano shrimp, and 2 serpae tetras? COuld that work in a 20 gallon if it's planted well for the cichlids territories?

If it were 40 gallons or larger I'd say yes, but 20 is way to small.
