Also, what is your ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, ph and GH? Tank size? Other tank mates?

Is the problem that the male molly anal fin is bent in the opposite direction?

His fins are pressed flat against his body. Is that what you were wanting to know?
As soon as you can we need the tank size, water test results I mentioned above and what other fish are in the tank.

If he is chasing the female or trying to get close to her he is more than likely trying to mate.

He is the only male molly and the 2 females I have are both pregnant. His fin is up but chasing the ghost widows

I know that means he is ready to mate but he trying to mate with a ghost widows
How many gallons/liters is your tank? Maybe hes doing that because it's over crowded?

My tank is 60 litres
3 mollies
2 ghost widows
1 Algae eater
5 tetras
1 tiger barb
2 loach
1 gourami

I had several black mollies at one time, the males were always chasing the females. They are like rabbits. I ended up with a tank full of fry. That was another one of my over breeding disasters. I could not give away all the extra mollys I had to my friends. I ended up with around 30 to give to the pet store. After that I kept the males separate from the females. I love seeing fry but it really can get out of hand
