Platy With White Spots

One of my platies has some spots on its tail. It looked like ich at the start, but since I saw it yesterday its pretty much tripled in size, you can only see it when the fish is on a certain angle, so the picture isnt the best

Is it maybe fuzz like? I have one guppy prone to getting fungus on its face from time to time and it starts off small like an ich spot and then by the next day looks like a tiny fuzzy spot. Could be fungus if it sounds like what I described.

It doesn't look fuzzy, all I have to treat it is Kordon Super Ich ( does other parasites as well, bottle says it tooks up to 5 weeks to kill Ich, it cleaned up my 125 gallon in a week ), API Melafx and Pimafix
