I have just bought plants for my 100L freshwater tank, some low tech ones. One is a lilaeopsis that is full of duckweed, I really don't want to infest my aquarium with duckweed. I've tried to wash it off, any tips?
Should I just throw it out?

I don't mind duckweed, its a decent floating olantt to be fair, creates some shade for the fish and grows quickly enough that you can decide how much/little you want. After a week the surface of my 200l is covered and then i just grab a net and scoop a load out come water change time. The slightly annoying thing about it is that it sticks to everything!

Its great if you want it there and not if you don't! 😂
